TAKING THE MEDICINESYou will be sent three medicines :- Part A, Part B and Part C. You will be individually assessed and individually prescribed Homeopathic medicines to help with your Pregnancy and Birth of your new baby. The medicines vary from person to person, depending on how we assess the pregnancy requirements.
EZY-BIRTH KIT - PART AThis medicine helps soften the cervix which assists dilation, for a shorter and easier labour and birth. If you have a history of very short labour take just before and/or during labour.Best to start 4 weeks before due date, however, it will still help if taken for a shorter time. TAKE- 2 times/day. Also take 2 hourly during labour. It is not necessary and preferable not to take Raspberry leaf preparations with this medicine. If you are going to have a caesarean section you do not need to take this part of the Kit. If you have taken this Part and have a caesarean, it will not affect the surgery. If you have a C section take Parts B and C. EZY-BIRTH KIT - PART BThis medicine is calming and can help with the pain and trauma of labour.It helps stop postpartum bleeding and promotes healing. DURING LABOUR: Take every 30-60 minutes. AFTER DELIVERY: Take 1-2 hourly for three doses then take twice a day for two weeks. If you know you are going to have a caesarean section in advance take Part B starting twice a day up to 7 days before your operation. If you don't have warning just take before and after surgery, then as per instructions for 'AFTER DELIVERY '. EZY-BIRTH KIT PART CThis Homeopathic remedy aims to gently stimulate your ovaries & thyroid gland to produce natural hormones again. It is believed that deficient thyroid and female hormones can produce postnatal blues/ depression.Prevention- Take twice a day under tongue, start the day after your delivery. Treatment- To treat post natal depression take up to 4 times a day until symptoms are gone. Continue twice daily until the bottle is empty.
